FEMA
Every employee at Daytona International Speedway is required to complete FEMA training as part of our continued effort to keep our both our guests and employees safe. These classes and exams will be done on your own time and on your personal computer.
Deliver all completion certificates sets with you when you arrive at the DAYTONA G.I.V.E.S. booth for check-in. Please write the name of the group and volunteer on each set of certificates.
1) You must register for a Student Identification Number (SID) before you can complete the exams.
Step 1: Register by going to – https://cdp.dhs.gov/femasid/register
Step 2: Click on the “Register for a FEMA SID” box
Step 3: Follow the instructions and provide the necessary information to create your account
Step 4: You will receive an email with your SID number. You should save this number is a secure location
2) Once you receive your SID, you can begin taking the following classes by going to
http://training.fema.gov/is/
(a) IS-906 Workplace Security Awareness
(b) IS-907 Active Shooter
(c) IS-914 Surveillance Awareness

Report times:
Thursday February 17 is 2:30 pm until cleared approximately 11:00 pm,
Friday February 18 Noon until cleared approximately 11:00 pm,
Saturday February 19, 8:30 am until cleared approximately 7:30 pm and
Sunday February 20 7:30 am until cleared approximately 7:30pm.
